Pros

Great people, good pay and benefits, lots of opportunity for internal lateral job movement or advancement.

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with hours for family/work balance. Constant changes in the company structure resulting in unstable job security.

Advice to Management

Keep everyone in the loop as changes happen. Keep up the good work in listening to your employees and using feedback for continuous improvement.
