I worked at Cadbury as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    People are great
    Fun work-life balance
You get to work around chocolate
Fast paced environment with new equipment to work around

    Cons

Hard to gain respect on a four month contract which is understandable, but it seems like more of an authoritarian leadership style

Quite a bit of turnover during my time there

    Advice to Management

At least make it seem like engineering advice from an intern could be taken seriously, or offer better suggestions for further work
