I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great benefits, and they have an on site meal offering open 24 hours.

Cons

You have to earn time off even if you are a salaried mon-friday employee. You also are not allowed holidays off if it falls on a weekday.

Advice to Management

Stop worrying about earning titles and awards and focus on your employees

    Pros

    CodeGreen, HERO volunteer program, onboarding and continuous training opportunities, department shadowing program, Code of Commitment, Get me, Guide me, Root for me philosophy.

    Cons

    No exit interviews, putting people into positions they are not qualified for because they have no where else to put them. Employee opinion survey is a joke.

    Advice to Management

    Management should look at turn over rate of RM employees. Do what you say and say what you mean.
