Pros

One hour paid lunches; Benefits

Cons

Too much paperwork to keep organized if busy; Poor organization; Unfair write-ups; Supervisors not very helpful; Insufficient training; Sometimes have to work over 5 hours straight with no break; Stressful; Revolving door job; Tokes average only $20 per day; Obnoxious and snooty patrons; No perks or motivation; Point system

Advice to Management

Be involved with your employees, and be aware of department issues. Most go unresolved.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company benefits, great work environment, benefits around the community for being a Caesars Entertainment employee, salary is better than MGM (apparently).

    Cons

Somewhat hierarchical in the way things work. Also, for being a Las Vegas company, it is still very conservative in terms of decision-making.

    Advice to Management

Just because things have worked in the past does not mean they will work in the future.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people hired on my team are fantastic. We bond and mesh very well.

    Cons

The company's commitment to A+ service is hinged on extreme. If you don't receive an A, you are penalized. Everything from B to F are equal. Now, getting a B on survey is NOT getting an F. But in the eyes of the company, nothing but the As matter.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the facade. If you want to hold employees accountable for surveys, allow them to have the same greyscale you offer guests-- not just black and white.
