I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Despite difficult working conditions, lower managers remain basically sympathetic and companionate .

    Cons

Dealers are forced to work one hour twenty on the game! To stay fresh and alert, one hour on the game is max.Hour twenties have killed morale and made Caesars entertainment a terrible place to work

    Advice to Management

Reverse the disasterous policy of hour twenties on the game. This policy has done so much damage. It has destroyed the table games workforce at Caesars entertainment .This policy has forced the dealers into voting for a union and made them enemies of management .The dealers I work with would much rather work for MGM corp and would never recommend Caesars entertainment as a place to work with their friends and family.Boyd gaming realized they made a mistake with this policy and reversed it.Why can't Caesars entertainment ?

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are absolutely no pros working for this company. They want to pay you for one job but want you to actually perform 5 jobs !

    Cons

Pay, benifits, people, management, health benefits, lack of promotions unless your in their " click"! Moral, lack of raises, constant lay offs

    Advice to Management

Management needs to promote employees that actually DESERVE the promotion! Promote employees that have the qualifications for the position. Not their " friends"!
