    Pros

    Room for growth, start up facility and your ideas to improve are welcomed. Great benefits, good pay. Very nice facility. Passion for growth as a company. Strong company financially.

    Cons

    Being a start up the structure is still being developed. Some processes or policies are changing. This is really the biggest con, but being a start up it is expected.

    Pros

    Great insurance and a few good people I think. They laid off some pretty talented people in May...

    Cons

    Israeli "specialist" and mgmt are terrible. Constantly arguing with everyone and belittle American employees. Safety issues plant wide.... No rhyme or reason to the way they conduct themselves... ALL about the Israelis

    Advice to Management

    Let the Americans do their job Listen to the experienced individuals in departments Quality people deserve quality pay Learn to have annual shutdown as well as scheduled down days to benefit the equipment versus running until it blows up or breaks... It's cheaper than buying new machines and equipment in the long run.... One man cannot have his hands in every aspect of the day to day running of the entire plant! Conflict...
