I worked at California's Great America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work in an air conditioned room 90% of the time, you go outside maybe twice a day (not counting breaks).

Zero interaction with customers/guests (unless you count passing by them as you go to games to remove the cash; you don't have to speak to anybody while doing this).

Job usually consists of counting cash, you do this by putting the cash into a machine which counts it.

You may work at a change counter, where Great America employees come to you with cash and want it changed into other bills. But again, internal contact only; you never have to interact with the general public in this job.

    Cons

Seasonal (great america opens in March and closes in October, I think).

    Minimum wage.

Usually have to work at least one weekend day, if not both.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay for this job. Otherwise, you guys are awesome, keep up the good work!

    Pros

Interact with a lot of people so you build your communication skills

    Cons

You get quite a few rude guests and as much as you want to talk back you have to keep calm and do the best to assist the guests with whatever they are upset about
