Pros

Working for Call Center Quality Assurance is very enjoyable, because I can fit the work into my schedule and the work is interesting. If you have a problem, they get back to you quickly. They also paid me on time, which is a plus! I am a new worker.

Cons

I wish they could send me more work, but they don't seem to have too much available right now! I hope that changes soon.

Advice to Management

Please try to secure more work for your online mystery shoppers.

    Pros

    Pick up a bit of extra cash now and then for very easy and quick work!

    Cons

    One of my first call centers was very time limited for a west coaster and I wasn't able to get to it in a timely way.

    Advice to Management

    Management is very responsive!

    I'm a new contractor with this comapny. This company is very Proffessional and quick to respond back to emails. Call Center QA was on time with paying me with no hassles.

    Waiting on more paid calls to place.
