I worked at Callaway Golf full-time

    Pros

Overall, very good people and fun atmosphere to work in. Great training programs and if you land a good manager, they're often a great manager.

    Cons

It's a boys club, very male dominant industry so it's natural that it trickles down to corporate. Difficult to move up as it's a smaller company so not alot of room to move around.

    Advice to Management

Diversify the workforce, more women, diversity and non golfers.

I have been working at Callaway Golf full-time

    Pros

Work-life balance. Ability to grow and contribute. Healthy work environment. Good year end bonuses.

    Cons

Sports industry. No government contracts/inelastic commodities, so the industry doesn’t always pay top dollar. It uses other incentives to make up for lack of base pay.
