Camp Fire really cares about their employees and everyone from seasonal staff to the National team seems to be there for the right reasons. There is a big culture of professional development and investment in folks growing beyond their work at Camp Fire. Youth voice and choice is highlighted and I love the perspective of supporting youth as they grow up to become their best selves.
Cons
I think your experience depends on your affiliate. I work for a really great affiliate and have had a wonderful experience, but I think it just depends if your professional goals mesh with the team (and the opportunities) that exist in the affiliate you work for.
