No opinion of CEO

Pros

On occasion you are invited to attend a party to experience and taste certain brands.

Cons

Got rid of all the company perks, they will expect overtime on a regular basis, very little training and guidance, and if you make a mistake or an error mgmt will most likely fire you. Not a very supportive environment.

Advice to Management

Invest the time to train and mentor your staff.

    Pros

It's a really interesting and fun company to work for. It's essentially a marketing company so there is a lot of free gadgets and free things, including an alcohol allotment monthly.

    Cons

It could get very busy at times.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great Brands, excellent people, driven to succeed

    Cons

Churn and burn through people, no career advancement strategy, poor Human Resources, little respect for the individual, especially after Campari took over.

    Advice to Management

Put a people person in charge of employees, improve the communication to employees, respect the individual-maybe then more employees would stay.
