Great for gaining work experience, retail experience

Cons

Very hard to advance, very few promotions in field offices, lack of opportunity to extend presentation skills

Advice to Management

Listen to employees better, work/life balance is out of whack

    Great atmosphere, good creative work and sleek offices in the heart of Vienna, very engaging and involving new business pitch process

    Cons

    Little career planning, long hours, not too many international clients, digital is only slowly gaining its place, high fluctuation of coworkers

    More integrated approach to campaign and materials, implementation of a long term career planning/building process, more focus on international business

    I worked at Campbell Ewald (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Campbell-Ewald is a quality agency that offers quality products to its clients. The hours were very flexible for me and that atmosphere was casual.

    Cons

    Raises have not been handed out for several years. The company is working on winning more client business but have lost several accounts over the past several years. There have been reductions in staff that affected many individuals due to the loss of large clients.

    Advice to Management

    Continue allowing flexible scheduling.
    Be careful of who you lose in your staff reductions - often times the hardest worker that is a great overall asset to the company is lost.
