Pros
Great bunch of mechanics! They are always willing to help and go above and beyond the required work to complete a job. They are all able to diagnose and cure the customer's problems.
Cons
Disorganized. They are not necessarily the best outfit to work for. Not much in the loyalty department. Some big wig showed up one day and didn't like the work a mechanic did on one job and fired him on the spot. I am familiar with the mechanics work, and he was usually pretty good.
