Politics when it comes to incentive by decreasing the credits which impacts on gaining the monthly targets . As per Target designed by company even if you complete the target you won't get the incentive properly. Telemarketing is the side business for the company as HR accepted and said in skip meeting. Telemarketing SME has zero knowledge about the process and worst in team handling. Assistant manager has zero experience in Telemarketing but still is the Assistant manager.
