    Pros

Autonomy at the job and the ability to make decisions are the best reasons to work at Canon. It's a relatively flat structure which gives employees access to senior managers. You're also expected to have a good grasp of all the different functions within the business as there just aren't enough people to work the jobs. As a result, you kind of fill in the holes regardless of what your position is at the company.

    Cons

It's a pressure cooker environment - especially as a Japanese company. The roles aren't necessarily defined enough that you get a lot of extra work put onto you. They expect a lot without paying enough or providing enough support or benefits. They don't have enough employees and they're not open to change.

    Advice to Management

It feels like senior management just doesn't get it sometimes. They're very removed from the employees and they get all of their suggestions and "strategic" thinking out of a textbook.

    Pros

    Autonomie dans le service après-vente

    Cons

Le service administratif ne vous aide pas dans vos démarches lors d'un licenciement

    Advice to Management

Respecter la personne qui travaille avec vous . Les dirigeants "Cost Killer" feraient mieux de'avoir un peu plus d'humanitée.
