    Pros

Amazing atmosphere to work in; access to world class health and wellness classes, instructors and great discounts on spa treatments; fair wage for work done.

    Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement and when done, not done in a fair manner; favorites are played; terrible uniforms and dress code.

    Advice to Management

Although CR attempts to provide a luxury atmosphere, the uniforms are terrible and allowable looks are not allowed, please realize that not everyone is white and wants to dress old.

    Pros

Great co-workers, decent benefits for the area and a lovely environment.

    Cons

Huge disconnect between the employee and management. Middle management mostly inept or ineffectual. High turnover in the ranks of smart motivated, low turnover in the sheep.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees at the bottom.
