I worked at Capco full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

-Salary, Paid Vacation, learned how to do testing and do PMO.
-Much better reputation in Europe.
-Possibility of doing a year stint in Europe

Cons

Some roles you work 9-5, others 8-9 however your pay and bonus is the same with everyone else. You can do an amazing job at their new "outsourcing" projects but no one in Capco will ever see it so don't expect reward when you save the world.

Corporate direction changed drastically in 2013 with their first "changesourcing" branded staff augmentation project. This is what Capco is pushing and landing these projects. This is all they want to do in the future so if you join now do not expect management consulting. Expect PMO or Testing to be 95% of open roles.
