6 years of experiencing nice work culture,good cafeteria,growth opportunities,good transportation service, good library, good and cooperative team

    Pros

    If your in the click, you're in, not much different than most organizations.

    Cons

    Results are critical, and you must be a self-starter. Very little help integrating within and with other practices.

    Advice to Management

    Allow more runway to be successful. With non-competes and navigating within a new organization its difficult to be successful your first year.

    I worked at Capgemini full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great place to learn. The organization has a flat structure and most of the senior management is fairly accessible.

    Cons

    The middle management is not that great and lacks the skill to keep employee motivated for long. The remunerations and other employee benefits are not significant. Also the appraisal process is not very transparent.

    Advice to Management

    There are a lot of talented individuals in the organization who are unsatisfied by the lack of transparency in the appraisal process. The organization needs to show that they care for talent by awarding appropriate remuneration and other employee benefits.
