The onboarding experience has been great! I moved from overseas and completely new to the US. They were very supportive and even though its virtual, the instructions have been very clear. Great team spirit as well!

Pros
The convince of working remote.
Cons
The job is unorganized, information is not introduced to be proactive but reactive. They pass blame and the pay was only fitting because of the convince of working from home. They operate with a hug them us complex. I worked under a contract , work past the date was advised I would be getting another offer letter soon to update the renewal the weeks later I was given an email advising that my contact ended and 3 days was the exit, only for was supervisor to say they didn't inform her the extension was temporary. Lies and unprofessional but I didn't expect and this different after 2 yrs with the company.
