    Pros

If you're looking for a place to make AT LEAST $100K here is the place to be. Surrounded by everyone with a common goal, which is to make $$$. Everyone will do what it takes to make that buck.

    Cons

If you want a personal life forget it. If you want to be chastised by the CEO on the floor when you're not hitting your numbers here's the place to be. Everyone here is overworked and fearful of losing their job everyday. Executive team doesn't care about you at all and will frown upon you going to lunch or even requesting time off. As they do pay quite well they feel they should own you. Workhard and playhard mentality is more so WORK HARD with rare glimpses of play hard. Lots of turnover. It was better when it was being ran by the now COO of the company compared to the new CEO.

    Advice to Management

More positive reinforcement, grow a conscious and show compassion.
