    Pros

High earning potential, and opportunity to hone effective prospecting, closing, and negotiating skills. CAE offers a generous commission structure and the top performers are handsomely and quickly rewarded. CAE is a good place to work if your main goal is to bank some cash. However, this is not easy money-- you will work for every penny. CAE employees work extremely long and hard and deserve their pay-checks!

    Cons

Long pressure-packed hours. You need a thick skin to survive in this overly demanding environment. Management and co-workers are unreasonably aggressive, and standards are high. Working at CAE is stressful and the turnover rate reflects the difficulty.

    Advice to Management

I agree with the other review, and believe that employees will be more loyal and productive if they are respected and treated well.

"CAE Online is a pressure cooker"

    Pros

CAE Online is a small company that pays well above average wages. As such, you have an opportunity to make a very good income and have a big impact on corporate performance. This is a high-pressure sales company, where a skilled salesperson, who can put up with the yelling, cussing, berating, and general other pressure tactics of management, can make a stellar income.

    Cons

Sales people are only told after being hired that they are expected to work AT LEAST 6 days a week, and a minimum of 12 hours a day. The pressure to perform is tremendous, and the CEO is constantly prowling the floor pressuring employees to get that sale. In the time I was at the company, half of the employees had quit or were fired.

    Advice to Management

You'll catch a lot more flies with sugar than vinegar. Fire the (new) CEO and get back to treating employees like human beings.
