    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good place to get experience in a variety of areas.

    Cons

Politics and raging egos run rampant. Unless you are a "golden child" chances of advancement, fairness from managers and positive performance reviews are not likely. Once you are "laid off" or your job is eliminated, you won't be able to crack the door to be considered for open positions or contract positions. Those with over-blown egos will see to that.

    Advice to Management

Flesh out and terminate the upper managers who have only THEIR best interests in mind. Focus on fairness in all actions, deeds and activities. Consider that you can run a successful business without being Draconian and Fagin-like to employees.
