    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Capital One full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some opportunity for community service, monthly incentives in call center positions, 4 weeks vacation to start

    Cons

Most of management can't be trusted, high turnover, employees are treated like children, not enough opportunity to move up in company from the call center level without knowing someone, constantly finding ways to pay less

    Advice to Management

Be upfront with employees, they don't trust you. Also, really take employee development seriously instead of misleading associates.
