    Pros

Paid time off after 6 months. 401k match. Benefits offered for both full and part-timers.

    Cons

Management creates unrealistic goals. Compensation is below the average for banks. Meical benefits could be better. Promotions go to faorites rather than to who deserves them.

    Advice to Management

I haveseen many long time hard working employees quit because management sets unrealistic goals for branches and the employees are tired of being hounded everyday.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Capital One full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Interaction will co-workers was enjoyable. Overall opportunities available across credit card and banking divisions are adequate.

    Cons

Lack of diversity. Typical brown-nosing necessary to be seen as a good worker. Unfortunately, working relationships were built on physical similarities and were often used in justification of an employee being a good fit.
