Pros
Best place to learn politics. Amazing work life balance, you will work only 12-13hrs/day. You will learn how to work more and more in low salary. You can improve your listening skills because you will be listening daily some junk ideas with lots of scoldings from one arrogant egoist person. You will become one man army because they will expect 3 persons work from a single candidate that too in single day. You will learn some technical things always because there will be some unfinished, never ending projects going on always. You will learn how to sacrifice, if you do something great then forget about appreciation because they will take credits and if something goes wrong then be ready to take blames. You will be monitored by your manager very closely, every 30mints they ask you work progress. They help as well if you stuck somewhere with some junk non working ideas. Never argue technically otherwise they take it personally and revenge will be taken during appraisal. You will learn how to bluff because always they expect you to bluff with clients.
Cons
Lack of instruments/equipments. Low salary. No peace of mind.
