    Pros

    fancy belleue downtown location, decent benefits. good work life balance as a result of all the rest and vest legacy employees

    Cons

    tons of leadership got vp, director or even manager level roles during the transition that they were not qualified to fill. terrible, hostile culture

    I have been working at Caradigm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Solid product stack, hard working and intelligent people, sincere desire to do the right thing for customers. With the right strategy / direction I believe the company can do well - however it will have to weather some significant challenges in both organization as well as marketplace.

    Cons

    Lack of a clear strategy from parent company (GE) about where Caradigm fits makes it difficult for Caradigm to determine how best to support. Inconsistent leadership quality and lack of accountability hurts company's ability to execute quickly and effectively. It seems leadership / HR are unaware / unwilling to discuss personnel career growth goals.

    Advice to Management

    Figure out what GE wants from Caradigm - build Caradigm to suit. Be honest with employees about the future direction of the company so they can gain back some control of their careers. Ensure that all departments are held to the same standards and that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
