    Pros

Sharp overall strategic vision and execution, their marketing machine is well optimized, but little opportunity for individual contributors to grow and develop a career path. I'm confident in the company's exit prospects.

    Cons

A lot of fumbling by inexperienced VP's; some failed experimental business development strategies and shoestring budgets for office space, salaries, top talent. With stiff competition and various other market factors in play, the technology will likely become obsolete fairly quickly, so the company's window for rapid customer acquisition is probably closing already.

    Advice to Management

None; they are racing toward an exit, so any employee that owns shares will probably do well. If the exit were de-prioritized, then retention, clearer career paths, and corporate culture should become a focus.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, everything really except for somewhat slow slow slow training, and also a lack of growth potential. Other than that it was nice.

    Cons

Lack of growth potential along with slow training.

    Advice to Management

Faster training for those who want it, incentivize employees more financially.
