    Pros

    The only thing good is the guarantee they give you for the first 90 days to ramp up and build your pipeline

    Cons

    In operations at Cardinal, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They’re constantly dragging their feet or making mistakes that cause delays for loans to close and fund, which causes LO’s to lose money on tiers of commission pay or to lose the loan all together because borrowers get frustrated and cancel the loan because it is taking so long. LO’s have been leaving left and right the past few months to go to other companies, so I wouldn’t waste my time going to this company that’s struggling to get loans closed where LO’s get paid. Leads are bought from sites that 20-30 other companies buy, so you’re 1 of 20+ people calling the same lead, where they get frustrated and don’t want to talk to you. If you do get someone on the phone, they’re shopping it with 5 different lenders, which makes it extremely hard to close, since there are lenders that give better deals than Cardinal. Then add to the fact they go past the lock date pretty regularly, just adds frustration for the borrowers you do lock deals with
