Cardinal has an amazing culture. Career development is highly encouraged meaning it is not uncommon for people to move around roles every 2-3 years to gain different experiences. This is great for someone who wants to gain exposure to various business areas.

Recent decisions at Cardinal are focused on cost savings and political moves, which is to be expected at any large organization. Be prepared for restructuring/mass layoffs every several years or company changes for political reasons.
