Truly remote. No requirement to have cameras on EVER. Flexible when life happens and you need an hour -2 off during the day. Can make up the hrs the same week.
Cons
Department / project assignments are haphazardly distributed - not always based on experience. Promotions are given in an unclear fashion. No formal training for those hired with no regulatory experience. Learning is at the whim of supervision and you HOPE you get one that is a good teacher - which is rare.
