The company has poor communication between departments and especially with their customers; most contact with customers is through third part vendors with no accountability and poor management; decision making is based on what's best for finance and operations rather than customers, which is very short sighted. Operations can be very dysfunctional. Decision making is slow. The company has a long list of disgruntled customers, and that list is about to get a lot longer with the company's new patient collections policy.
