None- they paint a pretty picture but immediately set you up for failure
Cons
If you’re not part of the main clique, you’ll never be accepted. Employees with insider friends are never held accountable and blame will go to the outsider. The new guy will always get the work no one else wants. And forget about asking for help when they place bricks in your shoes and throw you overboard. Hard to swim when you’re being pushed under.
