    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at CareFusion as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good people, up to date software development process ( latest tools and software components)

    Cons

Too many management layers, a lot of wasteful meetings, too many developers with little to none output. Overstuffed - a team of 20 usually produces output, which normally 2-3 developers can do.
Heavy use of consultants to patch holes. But beware, they have a bad habit of letting people go immediately when an employee or consultant presents a two weeks notice ( especially consultants).

    Advice to Management

I'm not qualified to give an advice to management
