Pros

The current co-workers make it much more enojoyable to get through the work day. The pay is good for the current market. If you choose the PPO the benifits are fabulous.

Cons

Very tedious job. There are a lot of rules and regulations that need to be met by the department of education. We now have a system in place to meet those rules and regs it worked very well at first but now it seems to be biting us in the rear right now. If we make a small mistake (that is not a fedral issue) we get a finding. Now every single minute of your work day is making sure that you do not get a finding. It has taken the fun out of the job.

Advice to Management

Management has greatly improved. There is still some issues with what the schools want and what we need to have, but I don't think that we will ever see eye to ey
