Approves of CEO

Pros

Young environment, people tend to be pretty friendly and outgoing, nice new building that helps make the job more bearable

Cons

All of these comments relate just to the Student Accounts department - not the rest of the company: Very poor management of the work as well as the manager themselves, with the young environment come young inexperienced managers with very little qualifying education, poor organization of work as well as the processes involved with that work, work flow not thought out well,

Advice to Management

It really is slowly improving and i understand it is a work in progress, but the pace needs to be picked up and capable management needs to be put into place

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Flexible work hours, good pay and benefits. Top level mgmt doing a good job. New office is top rate.
    Company has no debt.

    Cons

Often hectic IT work pace, slightly short staffed (what company isn't today). Concerned company doesn't pay severence if they prefer to let somebody go (put them on probation = better leave on your own, dummy). Would like to see more US citizens working in the dept (may contractors from overseas, not good when we award IT degrees).

    Advice to Management

Believe CEO Gary and his group have really worked to 'cleanup' any unethical behavior concerning what's told to prospective students. Gary certainly was the right person to head up CEC.
