    Approves of CEO

I have been working at CareerBuilder full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - very energetic company
    - invests in motivating employees for both work and life
    - Great place to start your career immediately out of college to develop successful sales habits

    Cons

    - very poltical boys club at the top tiers of sales with questionable professionalism
    - very activity-metric oriented vs. outcome based sales managment culture. You will be continually asked "How many dials did you make today".
    - "boys will be boys" behavior at sales VP levels. Managment via intimidation is a regular tactic.

    Advice to Management

The CEO is a very intelligent and insightful leader. The problem stems more in his circle of generals that run the revenue focused areas of the company.
