If you reach out to essentially anyone in the company, they will either help you directly, indirectly or point you to someone who can help you. Good pay with benefits.
Cons
Management could use some work and employees could do with some more discipline. Make sure you have retail experience, customers are customers no matter what level of service.

Pros
People are passionate and dedicated to their work. Most positions are Remote/hybrid. The company is a good size where you can see how your efforts make a difference. You really feel like we’re all in this together as a team.
Cons
Not the best office culture. There are many empty cubicles, office needs updating or we need to downsize dramatically. A lot of unknowns with where the company is headed financially. Could lead to more restructuring across the board.
