Pros

The Singapore management team has injected a positive mood into the working environment.
Being one of the largest travel management companies in the world, there is a wide range of career opportunities.

Cons

Can be overwhelming for those who prefer a more laid back approach.

    Pros

Pros are hard to find as some top management guys have resigned

    Cons

    No job satisfaction,
    False commitment,
    No growth prospects,
    Poor pay master,
No work life balance. Most travel counselor work extended works and return home in public transport.
    No overtime payout.
Cost cutting resulting in one travel counselor giving coverage for two in an implant.
    No back up resource.

    Advice to Management

Don't create unnecessary ' pressure cooker' like situations for a new employee.
Try to retain talent as your talent pool is shrinking. More than half of the travel counselor cannot speak or write grammatically correct English.
