    "Decent benefits, top down orientation"

I worked at Carnegie Corporation full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Carnegie Corporations has great vacation and sick benefits. Their focus on education means you'll have access to education benefits and the opportunity to access TIAA-CREF retirement options. It is a small place.

    Cons

This is after all a place founded by Andrew Carnegie, strikebreaker. It is a place where propriety is highly valued. Those at the top can be uninterested in the skills of anyone below them and very certain of their superiority.
