    Pros

    - Great benefits - Great work culture (Team Dependent) - Engaging work environment - Dependable & caring team mates - You are given so much responsibilities, you will learn a ton!

    Cons

(From what I noticed, this was department dependent) - Upper Management tends to look for validation of hypothesis with data rather than utilizing data to make decisions. - Multiple times, compelling data driven arguments were made and upper management avoided the recommendations and went with their "gut feeling". - Lack of upward mobility.

    Pros

Simple, Easy job. They provide you with everything you need as far as CRM, Quality leads, etc. A solid and reputable brand name to sell behind. All the perks of being part of a big corporation like quality and low cost health ins, dental, 401k plan with a match, etc. The department has a cool, young, hip culture to it. Flexible schedules once you earn a spot as a top performer. Entry level job where you can make 60 - 75k relatively pretty easy. Top performers are making 90-100k+, and like 20 people there make like 120k+, however most of them were either handed a book of business or are stealing leads from the inbound line while managers and directors pretend to not know whats going on, there is a select few that DO NOT do this but they have been there 8+ years. Free food. Team Events.

    Cons

Favoritism, Office politics, long hours (10:50 am to 8pm, and that is a normal day, they guilt trip you into staying later during peak season or sales). Dead end job unless you get into management but be ready to play game of thrones, the office politics is pretty cringe worthy. They demoted a bunch of sales coaches to PVPs when they downsized the dept at the beginning of Covid (may 2020) and now that they are hiring and building back the dept but they have no plan for the coaches who were demoted, and instead are grooming new coaches and having them run meetings. They laid off a 5th of our dept in May 2020 via email (granted we were working from home). You can def make a good living here but you will either have to steal leads, work 6 to 7 days a week, stay with the dept for 4+ years or be a "chosen one" and be handed a book of business for you to nurture. Pretty much everyone making over 6 figures is doing one of those. The office feels like a highschool at times with the choice of people they hire. When i first got to the dept 5 years ago there was a lot more older mature people with families, now they hire young kids in their 20s because they are more likely and hungry to stay late into the night and grind like a machine.
