    Pros

Positive culture with great employees, systems, and focus on continuous improvement. Family based values but professionally run. One of the top dealers in its industries. 91 years and still moving forward. Salt of the earth workforce.

    Cons

Individuals who like the status quo may not do as well. Also very much of a "we" not "me" culture. Must be a self starter and driven to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Keep communicating the why for changes and improvements.
