Pros

- Health Insurance provided (full time only)
- good hour salary
- not the best commision percentage but its a very busy store so your commission check is not bad
- nice store
- good employee discount on the clothes

Cons

- to start the person who oversees all the stores in the US is the so unfriendly, has NO respect or good manners is ALWAYS in a bad mood. Does NOT transmit no motivation to associates or managers, has no words of appreciation for the people working under her, and simply DOES not care for employees working in stores.
- manager Makes and brakes rules everyday.
- theres is no employees reviews or raises.
- overall very poor communication in the store
- no stock support
- associates do it ALL
- no PTO or health insurance for part timers
- almost have to beg to get certain days off
- very bad organizational skills
- theres is no human resources department available, or at least theres no phone number at hand.
- merchandise quality is not good
- no growth in the company

If you want easy money and dont care for people talking down to you, yelling, very tense atmosphere when the DM comes around, a corporate that does not care for other than the people in management, work here. Otherwise, try other stores.

Advice to Management

- train your manangers.
- you need to cater to your employees too
- improve your merchandise quality
