Exciting career where you can grow your business and grow with your people. A very challenging restaurant to run as we make our products from scratch. But when you serve your food to your customers, you can take pride in knowing you helped serve that. Company takes care of its people, as it knows that people are its greatest asset. Lead with kindness to people, but tough on results. Compared to other restaurants, the coaching in leadership is second to none. You will be challenged, but the personal growth you see in yourself in the leadership aspect is priceless. Servant leadership is a must.
Cons
Usual long hours in the hospitality industry. Health plans leave a lot to be desired with high deductibles compared to others. And just the regular challenges in the field. Pay could be better.
