I have been working at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

+ The coworkers you'll have are genuinely good people. If you ask them for help and be sure to thank them, they'll have your back. Remember, they're definitely NOT there for the money. They're there because they're good people. +Benefits package is literally the kind that can keep you alive. Kaiser makes all my meds affordable and the coverage allows for mental and medical appointments at $20-40 each. Cascadia also has...

    Cons

    - So far, annual review is a joke. If you did a great job, you get NO raise. I wish I had read the reviews here before I took the job. During my interview, when I was asked to take this job, I was promised I'd have a chance for a raise during annual review. Sadly that turned out to be false. -Favoritism goes unchecked. I have been working at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Management cares and works with you, from corporate on down. They are inclusive and strive hard to make this a non-discriminating organization. The pay is good, the clients are amazing and the job is fun. I'm given a lot of autonomy, and I feel like I'm making a difference.

    Cons

Some of the trainings have felt less than wonderful. There's just not enough time in the day to do everything you want to.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keeping on.
