The bonus structure is attractive.
Cons
The process for loan officers is too onerous to be able to work through. The underwriters are difficult to reach and discuss issues with. The closers take several days to get a loan to closing. Loans cannot be underwritten until everything is in the file including the appraisal. And there is no way to get an iffy file per-approved. This isnnotnthe underwriters' or closers fault. This is the system they are given.
