    Great people to work with. Most people want to go the extra mile to get the job done well. The office's open concept makes it a nice work atmosphere, and it is located near good restaurants and bars.     Salaries are generally on the lower end of market range. If promoted in some interim period, your responsibilities will change immediately but, as "per company policy", your salary is not adjusted until March of the following year (and you're not told exactly how much is the adjustment until such time).
