Approves of CEO

Pros

The enviornment is comfortable which is very condusive to free idea sharing and collaboration resulting in quality deliverables. The work can be challenging which makes the days go by very quickly. Time off is very flexible.

Cons

The pay raise structure is rigid and un-appreciating. Exceptional work and dedication is rewarded with more work and responsibility. The monthly budget must be met which means weekends and holidays are at stake. Work-load is unevenly distributed. Some leadership has no interest in leading and others lead with a microscope.

Advice to Management

Survey "associate scientist" salaries on glassdoor.com and make adjustments to team members' salaries. People are the #1 asset, not the investors.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    steady pay check a great source of entertainment at times some room for advancement if you know the right people

    Cons

    Even when asked do not give your opinion. It 's really not wanted unless it matches their opinion. Management likes to preach team work and that all employees are equally important to the success of the company when in reality if you don't work in a certain area you"re looked down on and treated like scum.

    Advice to Management

    Quit talking trash. Admit that you think non management employees are a dime a dozen and are easily replaced. Open your eyes the people you scorn are the same people who meet Your customer"s demands.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Diverse work force; committed employees; variety of customer requirements; strong team spirit between departments;

    Cons

    Recent reversal on customer service as #1 priority; frequent management changes;

    Advice to Management

    "The customer is always right" is an old adage that still bears up remarkably well, especially in a service-provider industry. Bottom-line success and customer service are not mutually exclusive, although that seems to be the opinion of the current Phila management team. Bottom line success will grow from customer (and employee) satisfaction.
