    Pros

    You can work with similar ones who share the misery.

    Cons

    Salary is well below the market. Very rigid compensation structure. Bonuses and profit sharing stays with upper management. Management talks about "LEAN and INNOVATION" all the time without even knowing the meaning of both.You need to lead by example. More interested in pushing the work to lower management who do not get compensated well.Promotions are not based on merits.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize and reward the employees who run the profits high. No one works for a thank you. You may be able to keep some talent from running by opening the eyes.
