I have been working at Catalina full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great co-workers, for the most part, everyone is extraordinarily nice and accommodating
    - Tons of company get togethers

    Cons

    - Empty promises of transferring from temp to permanent employment.
    - Company has done a terrible job of scaling their business and are consistently playing a game of catch up to keep with the times

I cannot imagine that anyone could find fulfillment and satisfaction in their life by cranking out coupons on a daily basis year after year. There is little to no gratification to be found with this company. Before you consider working here, ask yourself, do you even care or use coupons yourself? If you aren't absolutely ecstatic and passionate about coupons (Yes, coupons), then look elsewhere... now.

    Advice to Management

My manager is a narcissistic tyrant that couldn't manage herself out of a paper bag. If you're a manager, care about your employees. That should be obvious, right? Obviously not. Don't pick favorites and involve politics. You're not doing anyone a favor.
