I have been working at Catalina full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and bonus. Smart people who are willing to work hard.

    Cons

Rate of change is not sustainable and employees are fatigued. Too many people are trying to manage the same work (product owner, business owner, app owner, project manager), resulting in a lack of focus and inability to move forward.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize. Stop abandoning things in the middle and then wondering why they break.

I have been working at Catalina full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The best thing about working at Catalina was the opportunity to work with some of the top talent in the area and industry.

    Cons

During the period when the company was publicly traded, there was high turnover and the pace could conservatively described as frenetic.

    Advice to Management

I hope that since its reversion to the private sector, that management is able to focus on things other than share price.
